For some reason a good name for this species is Ska'al.

(I know that name is from the Dragonborn DLC. It just felt..fitting. :U)

The Skaal are a Nordic tribe on the (Morrowind-belonging) island of Solsthiem. (Cant spell it right shhdhwhsj)

You can go there via a ship from Windhelm after being attacked by Dragon Cultists.
