One of the other patients was talking to me about different ways she coped with her depression, and she said:
"... It only takes a hand to achieve..."
The thing is... she has no arms.
She lost them in a fatal car accident where her dad was also killed.
She suffered from depression, but found peace in painting with her feet (which she referrs to as her "hands".
This particular individual had touched my heart, I just had to draw this as a wallpaper for my iPod.

Wow! The pic is amazing and so is the woman's story. Both have touched my heart as well. I am glad to hear she has found peace.
